Le Faouët is situated 35km from Lorient, 43km from Quimper, and 3Okm from the sea.

Its architectural and cultural monuments make it very charming: the 16th century market, located in the heart of the city;

nearly, in a green and mild countryside, St-Barbe's chapel, built in a flamboyant gothic style in 1498, rises above deep ravines where flows river Elle with salmons and trouts;   inside St-Fiacre's chapel, with its gable bell tower and flamboyant gothic style, you will admire between the nave and the transept, a remarkable sculpted wood jube, considered as the most beautiful in France.

The region's numerous pedestrian or cyclist marked excursions lead to the discovery of enchanting sites.

      Lorient: the main submarine base on the german's Atlantic  Wall, and its Cité de la Voile
